There are 3 categories:

Organizers - This is the section required if you or your committee are organising just one Event or several throughout the year.
Exhibitors/Stallholders - This is the section required if you are attending an Event or series of Events either exhibiting, say at an Exhibition or selling from your stall.
Small Groups - This is a restricted category, if your group are occupying say a village hall, either just once or for regular monthly meetings, Coffee Mornings, Whist Drives, Debating Society etc.

The types of insurance cover:

Public Liability - £1 million, £2 million or £5 million pounds levels of cover - this covers you against accidental bodily injury of those attending the event and damage to other people's property.

Employers Liability Cover of £10,000,000 - This protects your legal liability in respect of compensation and claimants costs and expenses for accidental bodily injury to anyone you employ at an event. It also includes temporary staff, volunteers, helpers, whether paid or unpaid.

Property Cover - up to £40,000.

Cancellation Cover - is available for single events.
